The Defense Information Systems Agency said its deputy director, Army Maj. Gen. Marilyn Quagliotti, will retire April 13. She will be replaced by Rear Adm. Elizabeth Hight, currently the agency’s director of Global Information Grid operations.

Quagliotti, an FCW Federal 100 winner this year, joined the Army after graduating from Louisiana State University in 1975 and had a long career in Army Signal Command units before joining DISA.

Hight, who also currently serves as deputy commander for the Joint Task Force Global Network Operations, joined the Navy in 1977 after graduation from Huntingdon College. Her last Navy tour before joining DISA was director of net-centric warfare.
