DataPath, a provider of satellite and wireless communications networks, has announced several executive appointments that expand the company’s corporate management team. Steve Lindeman, vice president and general manager of DataPath’s Software Business Unit, assumes additional responsibilities as vice president of worldwide sales. Jim Modak joins DataPath as vice president and chief financial officer. He was chief operating officer and CFO at DWL, an enterprise software company. Joan Seavey was named vice president and chief administrative officer. Previously, she was vice president of worldwide marketing and communications at Candle, a provider of enterprise infrastructure management tools. Larry Bolterstein, previously CFO at DataPath, was named vice president of corporate development. Ann Haehn, who previously oversaw product management, product marketing and business planning at DataPath, was named vice president of strategy. In June, the company won a $72.9 million contract from the Army’s Communications-Electronics Command at Fort Monmouth, N.J., to provide specialized satellite earth terminals and support services for the Joint Network Node program.
