FCW Insider: Are feds overpaid?
Are feds overpaid? Yes, according to the Cato Institute's Will Wilkinson in a commentary on public radio this morning. He argues that we are paying more -- and, if you use public opinion of government as a measure, citizens aren't getting bang for their bucks. What say you?

Harvard Business School Prof. Andrew McAfee posts an excellent question that applies to government: "Briefly describe a design flaw or impediment that undermines the capacity of organizations to adapt, innovate, or fully engage the talents of their members." We were then asked to "Briefly describe a radical remedy that might help to counter or avoid the impediment or design flaw described above."
