"Clearances: Faster, but not better" has been updated to clarify that Brenda Farrell, director of military and civilian personnel and health care at the Government Accountability Office, said that GAO found that the Defense Department granted 47 of 50 people top secret clearances based upon incomplete Office of Personnel Management investigative reports.
