Stephney Morris will join Technical Communities as manager of business development in the National Capital Region, the company announced this week.

In her new role, Morris will be responsible for a strategic approach to the company’s continued business expansion of General Services Administration schedule management, government sales, and targeted marketing of information technology products and services. She is directly responsible for partnership agreements between Technical Communities and companies interested in selling to the government.

Morris previously worked at FedTek, where she was business development manager. She was responsible for revenue growth in strategic accounts, including the Energy Department research labs, Langley Air Force Base, the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Norfolk Navy Shipyard, the State Department, the World Bank and Fannie Mae.

Technical Communities is owner and operator of GSAMart, TestMart, NAVICPMart and EurekaSpot.
