Mingo has nearly 27 years of leadership experience, and most recently was commanding officer at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command Systems Center in New Orleans.
Previously, Mingo has been chief information officer and chief technology officer in the Naval Reserve Force, and aviation safety program director in the Naval Air Reserve.
