Harris Miller is the new chief executive officer and president of the Career College Association, CCA announced Feb. 1.
For 11 years, Miller was president of the Information Technology Association of America. He previously was a legislative assistant to the House Judiciary Committee, legislative director for former Sen. John Durkin (D-N.H.) and deputy director of congressional relations for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Last year, Miller ran unsuccessfully for the U.S. Senate Democratic nomination from Virginia.
