Charles Havekost, chief information officer at the Health and Human Services Department, has announced that he plans to leave the agency in mid-June to take a job at the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna, Austria. Havekost has worked at HHS for 29 years and has been the department's CIO since April 2004.
