Kimber Boyer will lead the General Services Administrationâs Office of Performance Improvement, the agency announced June 4.
The office oversees the development of GSAâs competitive sourcing program, which pits the public sector against the private sector for government contracts. It designs action plans to review how GSAâs organizations work overall, and it also oversees whether the organizations meet their improvement goals.
In his new role, Boyer will advise GSA on major policies related to how well the agency works.
