Vince Warrick, associate administrator of the General Service Administration’s Office of Performance Improvement, has become the agency’s acting chief acquisition officer, GSA announced today.
He succeeds former CAO Emily Murphy, who left for the private sector in January. Murphy served nearly two years as GSA’s first CAO.
