Donna Bucella, former director of the U.S. Terrorist Screening Center has joined Perot Systems, the company announced today, to lead the development and implementation of Perot's homeland security sector strategy.
Bucella's work with center resulted in the first consolidation of intelligence, Defense and FBI terrorist watch lists to identify known or suspected terrorists and the implementation of the no fly list.
Bucella most recently was senior vice president of global business continuity and crisis management at the Bank of America. She left federal service in September 2006.
