Former Army colonel joins MorganFranklin tech group

MorganFranklin, a services and solution provider to business and government on complex and high-stakes finance, operations, and information technology issues, has named Col. Howard Cohen, former commander of the White House Communications Agency, as a director in the MorganFranklin Technology Solutions Group.
Cohen retired from the military last month, following 27 years of service. During his Army career, Cohen was commander of the 35th Signal Brigade (Airborne) in support of the XVIII Airborne Corps at Fort Bragg, N.C. Cohen commanded at the platoon, detachment, company, battalion, squadron and brigade levels. He also was a battalion signal officer, operations officer, deputy inspector general and battalion executive officer.
