ConnellyWorks, a marketing communications company based in Herndon, Va., that specializes in the public-sector information technology market, has promoted Margo Dunn to chief operating officer. The company also named James Hanson as an account manager.
Dunn has been a vice president at ConnellyWorks and was responsible for managing key accounts and directing the firm's graphic design portfolio.
