In regard to "Are reverse auctions paying off?" the government might want to be careful what it wishes for when it comes to reverse auctions. To make awards based solely on what margins a particular company is willing to live with is asking for trouble. Rest assured, quality of service and products delivered will decrease if this practice continues. I think people should start to remember you get what you pay for.
