Regarding "Groups choose winning workforce idea": Congratulations to Ms. Dingledine for her thoughtful approach to the problem of recruiting young talent into federal service.
Not all ideas are good ones, and there aren't enough resources to implement all good ideas. But selecting just one proposal for further development, as your article indicates is the case, seems wasteful.
