Regarding, "Feds need to tap aging boomer workforce": Along with the incentives, Congress needs to pass HR 2533, the FERS Redeposit Act. [Civil Service Retirement System] and the military can buy back years of creditable service. [Federal Employees Retirement System] employees should have the same rights. There are many aging boomers that are under FERS.
