Regarding “IBM is back, but what happened?”: Doing business with the government just got that much more risky, frustrating and, ultimately, costly. And then, of course, the government promptly reverses its nuclear strike. This is just a fresh case of federal managers showing their bottoms.
I think what we have here is a failure to adjudicate. So what happens for IBM's bad behavior, anyway?
