Regarding "Army's technology needs translate into busy procurement year," a reader writes: Does it serve the interest of the taxpayer to have the Army crank up another [indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity]? The answer is no. GSA has Alliant and Alliant Small Busisness. So, why is the Army duplicating these excellent and all but delivered vehicles when their COs sould use Alliant?
Where the devil is OMB when you need it? The Army is wasting money and hours. I am ashamed for them. This is bad government in action.
