Regarding “DOD adjusts to new pay rules”: With reference to the National Security Personnel System, it would seem that Defense Department employees integrated into NSPS would be losing out because federal civilian agency employees are guaranteed annual pay increases.
I am to be integrated into NSPS this month, and because I am considered a professional employee, the union here does not include us in their bargaining agreements and I am told that I am required to be in NSPS.
