Regarding “DOD considers prohibiting personal use of networks”: I would like to see much more information on this topic. Innovation and creativity begin when government employees can see what industry and other agencies are doing to improve processes. Search engines are critical in obtaining information. Additionally, researching parts and components is also required.

I would like to see how government innovation and creativity would not be stifled.

I am in the Ground Safety arena, which requires me to do considerable research for investigations and inspections, and program management which require outside military area access. Now that more and more work is being contracted out to civilian businesses the ability to contact and research the civilian arena is vital. However I must go throught a bunch red tape to request access. I received this warning for your site...
