Regarding, DOD civilian workers to get performance paychecks tomorrow, a reader writes: I'm an NSPS employee (supervisor). I'm a little curious as to the source of this article on the NSPS performance awards. Also, a much more informative article would have had the stats on the average performance award, or the individual categories, not the highest category. Only a select few will ever get that to that category; I personally know of none.
