In regard to "Maj. Gen. Lord is a groundbreaker," OK, now I'm concerned. No, maybe even a little frightened. The image of some tech sergeant interpreting a flashing button on some automated control panel as a target and launching a cyber photon torpedo, making a direct hit on my Internet service provider, is entirely too clear.
