Please join the National Capital Area Chapter (NCAC) of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) for the Annual Awards Ceremony on Thursday, May 8th at 6:00 p.m. at the Hotel Monaco. This event presents a stimulating view of management from across the federal spectrum.

This year’s recipients and presenters include the Partnership for Public Service; the Honorable George V. Voinovich, the United States Senate; Timothy Clark, Editor in Chief, Government Executive; Dr. Kathryn E. Newcomer, Associate Director, The Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration and Director, The Midge Smith Center for Evaluation Effectiveness, The George Washington University, and Steven Joel Trachtenberg, President Emeritus, The George Washington University.

Heavy h’ours douvres and refreshments will be served. Dress is business formal. Here are some additional details:
