commerce, communications, education, health, safety, shelter, and transportation – a higher quality of life for everyone.
Environment: Improved infrastructure must play a major role in
reducing the unhealthy impact of human activity on the environment,
as well as in mitigating the effects of severe events, both natural and
man-made.
Profession: Responding to these imperatives for the world’s
infrastructure requires a growing workforce of well-educated, motivated, and globally connected infrastructure professionals.
